I was afraid I'd lost my adjustment from last week as I was having some neck pain and headaches. But, my adjustment was still holding! Yea!!! Lovely muscle tension and trigger spots are causing the discomfort. I need to start scheduling a massage as well. Problem is, it makes my appointment longer... all of 30 minutes.
